Section 1: Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) & Proprietary IP
All educational material, custom TradingView indicators (including Fusion PRO), mechanical strategies, and community content provided by SigLab Trading are proprietary trade secrets. You strictly agree not to copy, record, redistribute, resell, or share account access to any of this material. Any breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of your VIP access without refund and potential legal action for liquidated damages.
Section 2: Statutory Waiver of 14-Day Cancellation Right
In accordance with Regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by proceeding with this purchase, you provide express consent for the immediate digital delivery of the VIP Hub and TradingView access. You formally acknowledge that by requesting immediate performance of this contract, you legally forfeit and waive your 14-day statutory cooling-off period and right to cancel.
Section 3: Subscription & Cancellation Policy (Monthly Plans)
If purchasing a recurring monthly subscription, you may cancel at any time via the Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access will be revoked at that time. There are absolutely no partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.
Section 4: Friendly Fraud, No-Refund & Chargeback Policy
Due to the immediate delivery and consumption of digital educational materials, all sales are strictly final. There are no refunds. Initiating a bank chargeback without contacting SigLab support first constitutes a breach of contract and "friendly fraud." In the event of a dispute, this digitally signed agreement, alongside your IP address, timestamp, and Discord role delivery logs, will be submitted directly to your card network.
Section 5: UK GDPR & Fraud Prevention
In compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR), your data (Full Legal Name, Email, IP Address, Discord User ID, and Browser User-Agent) is collected under the lawful bases of 'Contractual Necessity' (to automate your VIP access) and 'Legitimate Interest' (for fraud prevention). Your data is securely logged and will never be sold to third parties.
Section 6: Account Termination Rights
SigLab Trading reserves the right to instantly revoke Discord VIP roles and TradingView indicator access if a user violates community guidelines, breaches the NDA, or attempts a payment reversal.
Section 7: Definition of "Lifetime" Access (Lifetime Plans)
The term "Lifetime Access" or "Lifetime" refers exclusively to the ongoing lifespan of the SigLab VIP product, community, and service offerings. It does not refer to the literal lifetime of the purchaser. In the unlikely event that SigLab operations cease or the product is retired, this access will formally conclude, fulfilling the terms of this agreement entirely without obligation for partial or full refunds.
Section 8: Educational Content & Risk Disclaimer
SigLab Trading provides purely educational content, tools, and analysis. None of the information, strategies, or indicators provided constitute professional financial, investment, or trading advice.
